College Courses, Advanced Placement, and Dual Enrollment Opportunities:
Dual Enrollment or College within DuBois Central Catholic High School provides an opportunity for students to take college level courses and receive college credits at a discounted price. We provide dual enrollment arrangements with several colleges such as Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Butler Community College, Lock Haven University, Saint Francis University, Mount Aloysius College and Penn State University.
Advanced Placement (AP) classes are offered on school grounds through St. Francis University. This university has credentialed several of our DuBois Central Catholic Masters-level teachers to conduct college courses at DuBois Central Catholic School.
Dual enrollment and AP course enrollment are available to juniors and seniors, but are contingent on the completion of core courses required for high school graduation. Dual enrollment courses are available to students during summer, fall and spring sessions. AP courses are available during the school calendar year.

Penn State DuBois On-Campus Courses: Seniors may arrange release time from DuBois Central Catholic School to complete on-campus courses at the Penn State DuBois Campus. Juniors may enroll in summer courses prior to starting their senior year.
Dale Carnegie Course: The Dale Carnegie Course is available to our juniors and seniors at a very minimal cost. The course focuses on the development of public speaking skill sets and leadership.
