We are so pleased to welcome all of our new and returning students back to school! Show Transcript it all starts on the first day of school good morning DCC students and families it's my favorite time of the year we are welcoming our new student students and our returning students to a new school year and the starter school year of what is your goal your senior year Devin will go with you uh just make more memories and enjoy it while it lasts okay Maddie I want to make the new year really fun and definitely uh look forward to my future Aaron what are you looking forward to the most them stem with Mrs Felix nice Grayson what are you looking forward to this year morning thanks great Rosie about you the wrong progression learning more stuff learning more stuff nice Brookline how about you I think it's you being the new principal aw thanks kiddo that's really sweet I'm so pleased that our littlest Learners are going to have a new leader at the helm I'm excited about Amber Waco as our new Elementary administrator I just feel like if we're so much of a family here and I'm so happy to to lead our school and Lead it with faith and be here to support not only just our faculty and staff but also our students and our families here at DCC also knew this year is our new chaplain Father Michael scanga it's a new school year for all of us and I'm really grateful for uh just the ways that God is going to bless our community this year we really believe that God has a plan for all of our lives that he wants to reveal his love to us that's what we hope to instill and and to share with our students we invite them to look forward to the blessings that God has this is a very special place here at DCC we are not only educating the students but we are setting them up for their future Body Mind and Spirit what brings me joy as a school teacher is watching them grow throughout the years being able to see my former preschoolers graduate as seniors and seeing all the little things that I instilled into them as a preschooler that they have taken with them as a senior what would you tell under clasping uh definitely just be friends with everyone because they're who you ask so just do it be kind to your teachers and just listen to them it's going to get you far the tradition of Excellence of Catholic Education in our community has been with us for more than a century and it continues again today
