DuBois Central Catholic School Class of 2025 Graduates

On Sunday, May 25, thirty one students, along with family and friends, gathered in the school auditorium for a baccalaureate mass and graduation ceremony.  After the mass cocelebrated by Monsignor Kaza and Father Daghir, students received awards and recognition for their academic accomplishments.

Honor Plaques are given each year to honor a senior who has shown academic interest and excellence in a given area of study.  This year DCC presented honor plaques to the following Seniors…

3.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of English— John Varischetti

4.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Math---Peyton Suplizio

5.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Science---Raya Bhatti

6.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Social Studies---Hope Jacob

7.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Theology---Jack Roy

8.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Business---Luke Fragle

9.    For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Technology—Brayden Fox

10.   For Academic Interest and excellence in the area of Music---Breanna Yale

Additionally, each year one graduating DCC Senior receives the Catholic Leadership Scholarship.
This scholarship is based on his or her years of leadership and service to both the school and community.  
Each candidate must fill out an application and submit a one-page essay detailing their leadership and service activities.  The names are removed and the essays are reviewed by a committee made up of faculty and staff.  This scholarship is in honor and memory of Mary Petruzzi Leonetti. DuBois Central Catholic is pleased to announce that Daniel Jordan is the recipient of the 2025 Mary Petruzzi Leonetti Catholic Leadership Award.
