JANITORIAL 2023-2024 - Immediate Openings!
Full and part-time janitorial positions are available for keeping the school clean and in an orderly condition Monday through Friday. Tasks include cleaning restrooms, floors, rugs, walls and glass as well as removing trash nightly. During scheduled cleaning rounds, janitors are required to report needed repairs to the maintenance and facilities director.

PART TIME ELEMENTARY MUSIC TEACHER 2023-2024 (3 days/week)!
DuBois Central Catholic seeks an inspiring music teacher who is responsible for teaching music education to students in grades pre-K thru 5th grade and assists the staff of the school in the improvement and appreciation of music instruction. Helps students grow in their enjoyment, appreciation, and performance of music through a variety of planned music experiences which include singing, moving to music, playing of instruments and listening and performs other duties directly related to this job description.
Essential Skills
- Teaches general music to pre-k through 5th grade including harmony, appreciation, history, and ensemble.
- Utilizes repertoire of all types of music literature, including traditional and contemporary that are appropriate for the ages and skill levels of students.
- Plans, rehearses, and directs students in three musical programs for school and community (Christmas, 1st grade musical/play, kindergarten graduation and 5th grade move up program).
- Develops lessons that align to the standards of creating, performing, and responding.
- Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to provide an orderly, productive environment during practice, group rehearsals, and music performances.
- Evaluates and communicates clearly with parents and school faculty/staff on the progress of each individual student.
- Maintains care/responsibility for school-owned music, musical instruments, and equipment to prevent loss or abuse.
- Plans liturgical music for bi-weekly Mass.
