Mrs. Elissa Varacallo, along with husband Dr. Chris Varacallo, have developed a senior Pro-Life project that will follow Elissa's current pregnancy through the birth of their child. Students have already participated in the beginning portions of the project involving a round table session where senior's anonymously asked questions relating to the Pro-Life position and attended a live 3D sonogram to view the developmental progression of the child in the womb.
The project was developed to educate about childbirth, reinforce Catholic values, provide Pro-Life information, and discuss societies view of the Pro-Life movement. Students of various faith denominations are participating in this project which is being facilitated by Campus Minister, Mrs. Becky Dutra.
