Free Student Breakfast

For the 2023-2024 academic year, all students attending DuBois Central Catholic School will receive free breakfast that will be served daily.  Students should report to the elementary office lobby where a daily breakfast station is set up with different options.  Refer to the monthly cafeteria schedule for daily options.  Students are permitted to eat breakfast in their homerooms before their first class.

Summer Food Service Programs

For summer food service program information, please refer to the USDA website link: Summer Food Service Program

All Sponsors must inform families about the availability and location of free meals for students via the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Sponsors are required conduct SFSP outreach before the end of the academic school year to ensure that eligible families are informed of the availability and location of SFSP meals. This is required even if the Sponsor is not participating in the SFSP.

Schools may fulfill this requirement through postings on the school’s website, Robo calls, flyers or other methods that notify the community of locations of summer meal sites. A sample promotional flyer is available on the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) at https://www.fns.usda.gov/sfsp/raise-awareness
