Red Carpet Gala Menu Announced
The committee is pleased to announce the delectable menu awaiting those attending this year’s RED CARPET GALA, set for Saturday, November 4, at Luigi’s Villa in DuBois. The dining experience begins with Italian Wedding Soup, followed by a Mixed Greens Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette; dinner will include a Prime Rib Carving Station, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Lobster Ravioli and European Grilled Vegetables. Dessert offerings are Lemon Berry Tart and Chocolate Decadent Cake…and coffee, cappuccinos and expresso! Please call 371-3060 for ticket information: $55.00 per person; $400.00 for a table of 8. Tickets to attend the Gala may be purchased in the high school office. Also available in the high school office are chances for the Gala Raffle Drawing of $2500.00 in cash.
