If you do not wish to have your student participate in the breakfast program, please return the bottom of the letter by September 28, 2016. This notice has also been emailed to all DCC families.

The Food Research and Action Center’s 2007-2008 School Breakfast Scorecard confirms how important breakfast is for children:

***Exhibit better concentration*
The Foodservice Department is pleased to offer a new breakfast service for students at DCC!
Announcing Our New School Breakfast Program
Of course you want your child to have a healthy start to their day that ensures they can be at their best. But it can be difficult to fit breakfast into a morning schedule that’s already jam-packed. Starting October 3, 2016, we will offer students a School Breakfast program. (October Breakfast menu to follow!)
Breakfast Time: 7:30-7:50 (no additional students admitted in line after 7:45)
Full Paid Students $1.00, Reduced Students $0.30, Free Students $0.00
If you do not wish to have your student participate in the breakfast program, please return the bottom of this letter by September 28, 2016.
