PRAY FOR SHEA….A Benefit Breakfast at DCC on Sunday, November 13th
The Community of DuBois Central Catholic is sponsoring a benefit breakfast for Shea McKinney, a DCC second grader who was recently diagnosed with AML Leukemia. The menu includes a variety of pancakes (regular, buckwheat, blueberry or chocolate chip) and delicious sausage; a choice of juices (orange, apple or grape); coffee/tea, milk (white or chocolate), bottled water and apples. All proceeds will go directly to Shea’s family to help defray expenses for her series of chemo treatments in Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. The benefit breakfast will run from 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday, November 13. Planned costs for attending this benefit breakfast are $8.00 for adults; $5.00 for children 10 and under. Donations for Shea’s family will also be accepted at the door. Watch this space for additional details as DCC finds ways to support Shea’s brave fight!
