Samantha Joy Mollica, DCC Class of 2003, earned her BS in Nutrition from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007; she earned her MS in Nutrition from IUP in 2009. Currently, she is a Clinical Dietitian for United Healthcare Medicare and Retirement Division. Previously, she was a Clinical Dietitian at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Currently residing in Baltimore, she will be relocating to Pittsburgh with her job at UnitedHealth Care. She is in her second term as an elected member of the Maryland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND) Board, responsible for organizing and planning the Annual MAND Conference of 200 health professionals. During her undergraduate studies, she earned consecutive Dean’s List standing and was a Provost Scholar.
