Carl Marchioli, Class of 2003 – SERVES AS LAW CLERK AT UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT


Carl Marchioli, DCC Class of 2003, is currently serving as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia of the US Supreme Court in Washington, DC, since July of 2011. He graduated from Bucknell University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Mass., in 2010. Following his graduaton from Harvard, he served for a period of time as a law clerk for Judge Steven Colloton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit before accepting his new position in Washington, DC. He and his wife, Karen, currently reside in Silver Spring, Maryland.
